Funeral held for Glens Falls boy | News
GLENS FALLS - Funeral services began Tuesday morning for Jesse James Smith.
The 15-month-old Glens Falls boy died last week after, police say, he was assaulted by his father. Gary Waite is facing murder charges.
He allegedly told police the baby would not calm down so he threw the child onto a couch, and the boy bounced off and hit his head on the floor.
Waite has been indicted by a grand jury.
