2 Warren County men accused of sexual abuse | News

Two Warren County men may have sexually abused a one-year-old child and videotaped it.

The Post-Star reports 27-year-old Anthony Merrill of Queensbury is charged with a felony sex crime.

The other suspect is a 28-year-old convicted sex offender who has not been charged at this point.  State police say the investigation began after the sex offender told his parole officer that he had inappropriate contact with a child.

Police have seized several video cameras. A grand jury will hear the case next week.
